Web Development Consultancy Ltd were retained by Resource Development International Ltd (RDI) to integrate their website forms with their current systems. This involved:

• Analysing their current systems
• Custom PHP programming
• Integrating that custom code within their current website forms
• Making sure that all systems were operation after the integration

Once this initial block of work was complete, RDI took advantage of our Joomla Retained Support services by retaining Web Development Consultancy Ltd for 32 hours each month to work on new development projects that they had lined up.

During their allocated time we:

• re-worked their current 'application form' to stream-line the application process
• created a new 'Request Information' form
• fixed duplicate URL issues
• fixed duplicate meta data
• integrated their web forms with Sugar CRM ('posting' the data to their 'Web To Lead' form within Sugar)
• inserting tracking codes to identify where their audience is from
